HOW TO BEAT PSORIASIS!

Welcome!

My name is Charles. I’m 36 years old. Father of one great child and husband 18 years to a great woman. Among other things I enjoy board games with friends, mountain biking, surfing, camping and playing music. There is something very few in my social ring know...I have, hide, battle and hate Psoriasis!

Fortunately, I have found a way of beating it!

I’m not a doctor. I don’t claim to be a doctor, don’t want to be a doctor and I don’t in anyway suggest that you stop seeing your doctors. Always consult your doctor before starting any new diet or exercise program.

With that said...I have suffered from this dreadful disease since I was a child and I'm glad to have discovered the most successful treatment I have ever used. A treatment program that is affordable and all natural!

This disease  “quietly” curses so many individuals worldwide. I’ve read some estimates that say up-to 4% of the population has Psoriasis in one form or another. That’s a bunch of people. That’s 4% too many. I'm one of them and if you have Psoriasis, please keep reading. There may be hope for you too.

My first diagnosis of Psoriasis was at very young age. I think I was in the second grade. At that time Psoriasis infected only small patches of my knees, elbows and lower back, mostly it affected my scalp. In an effort to treat the symptoms my parents gave me a very short hair cut. The kind you would get from a #2 clippers, like a military cut. Back then it wasn’t cool to have your hair that short so on a social level, this probably only made matters worse. Also, short hair allowed the Psoriasis to be more easily seen and yes, very, very embarrassing! We all know how mean other kids can be.

Over the years my condition worsened and I was challenged to find more and more creative ways of hiding it from those around me. As I approached junior high I was covered with scales and red patches from head to toe covering 50% or more of my body. At about the seventh grade I developed Rheumatoid arthritis in my hands, knees and hips (directly linked with Psoriasis). Doctors put me on 16 aspirin a day to keep the inflammation down. They introduced me to other children much worse off than I was and said my condition could possibly get as bad as theirs. Needless to say, this really scared me! I remember telling the doctors “I’m going to find a cure!”. They comfortingly replied “I’m sure you will. You let us know when you do”.

After PUVA light treatments in the 8th grade (PUVA treatments require you take medicine that makes you really sensitive to the sun’s rays, wear sunglasses during the day and slightly burn yourself in a special high impact UVA tanning bed a few times a week at the dermatologist office) I had a remission leaving me about 90% clear. That remission lasted until I was about 19 years old. I met my wife when I was 17, I was married at 18, so after only about a year of marriage, surprise, surprise, guess what came back to visit me and my poor wife ( who has perfect skin). Talk about putting a strain on your romance life! Fortunately she has always been extremely understanding and supportive. But the facts are, this disease is disgusting to look at and worse to touch. With the constant flaking, peeling and bleeding it’s just gross.

I deeply admire any spouse who continues to support and stand by the unfortunate person who suffers from Psoriasis. Hats off to you! Thank you spouses for being supportive of your Psoriasis partner. And If like me, you have Psoriasis and are married…we owe it to our spouse to do all we can to keep it clear. It itches. It bleeds. It’s ugly. It leaves trails of dead skin in the house and effects our relationships on many physical and emotional levels. I hate the stupid disease. The best thing I can say about Psoriasis is that it’s NOT Contagious, however, it is extremely hereditary. Because of this I’m constantly worried my child will develop it. Maybe you can relate.

I could tell embarrassing story after story but what's the point. If you have Psoriasis you know what it's like.

Having Psoriasis Sucks!

Here are a few photos a Google™ image search generated...

The above pictures are not of me, but these pictures do reflect the extent to which I have suffered in the past. At one time or another I have looked as bad or worse than what you see above. For some reason I just never really wanted to take pictures when I was broken out (humor). But honestly, I picked the above photos specifically because they accurately reflect what I have managed to overcome.

The pictures you see below are of me before and after applying my natural  treatment program.

Today I continue to fight Psoriasis. It is a never ending battle. That may not be what you want to hear. No doubt you would rather hear me say that I have found a cure! Me too. But that's not the case. I don’t have a cure. What I do have is a solid plan including diet, exercise and a special shake (to drink, not a dance. ha ha) that is crucial to program success! This shake along with the rest of the program has generated amazing results in clearing psoriasis stricken skin, joints (in the form of arthritis) and nails. I believe it can help others too.

No shots! No Medicines! No Pills! No greasy ointments! No tanning beds!

Bottoms up! This special ingredient shake is crucial to the success of the program.

If tasting really good is a 10 and tasting terrible is a 1...
I give this shake a 5. Not good, but could be worse. Oddly enough I crave it now.

NOTE: Making this shake requires you have a good blender.

Are there side effects? Yes.

I feel better,  look more fit, seldom ever get sick, sleep better and beat my Psoriasis!

For the success of this program It’s imperative that you believe in it. Without faith in the program, I could never have accomplished my results. Please, trust it. Please have patience. Please give this program a fair chance. I believe you will be glad you did. But if you don't think you can be serious about following through on a strict regimen, please don't try my program. If you don't follow through you'll be wasting your time.

If my program doesn't work for you after a dedicated try, in advance let me say "I'm very sorry". What works for some people may not work for others.  I know what I have invested in this and I believe the information my program is of great value but I cannot and will not suggest a guarantee.

I hope this satisfies any skepticism or worries that I may be out to defraud Psoriasis sufferers. I have worked very hard at documenting a program for others to follow.

I personally have fallen victim to programs that weren't worth the electricity I paid to view their web page. I have no desire to join in their fraudulent and misleading practices.  There is a great site that posts such scams. I have actually tried many of them. It can be found at http://www.pinch.com/skin/pshame.html  and I highly recommend you familiarize yourself with this site. If for some reason they decide to include me on their list of suspected shams, I will continue to post their link. I don't agree with everything they post. In fact, some of the programs they bash have actually done some good for me (or at least I thought they did). The whole purpose of the site is to post skeptical opinions about treatment programs sold on the internet in order to protect consumers. I highly respect their work.

This program is the result of extensive research, trial, and error on my part. It combines what I have found to be effective aspects of other programs I have tried while discarding what I think to be quackery or worthless aspects. Wrong or right, these are just my opinions and experiences with each program.

I’ve done this program over an over again. And I’ve gone off the program only to suffer adverse reactions over and over again. In fact…as I started writing this it’s April 19th 2008. At this moment my skin is not clear. The photo you see (with all the red patches) was taken April 19th 2008. I had already been on the program for 19 days when I started to see the results (notice how the scales are thinning out). In March, my Psoriasis was thick, red, flaking, chunky, cracking, even bleeding. 9 weeks later there is just no comparison. After going through this familiar routine of stopping my program - then breaking out, then starting it again - and clearing up...over and over many times...I knew I needed to document things and make the program available to others. All this documentation and streamlining into a program for others to follow required a bunch of time so I decided to offer what I had worked so hard at while accepting donations.

You can receive a collection of notes, dairies and photos along the way as I prove I can clear myself of this terrible disease any time I choose. You'll even see adverse effects immediately following a failure to follow my own program. It's like clockwork. You'll see that I take photos about every other day and log how well I stick to my program (or how badly I break from it) on a special tracking program provided to you. As always...my skin and nails clear up when I'm on the program. I proudly share this progress (and failures and challenges) every step of the way to help you with your success.

I commit to you that during the time that I document my clearing I don't use any type of other treatment. No tanning beds (sun does help clear my Psoriasis but I don't want leather skin), No ointments, no steroids, no oral medications or injections. The only thing I use is a daily over the counter lotion. This is simply a must while I’m in the flaky and itchy stages. I find the  Aveeno™ brand works best.

Regarding nail Psoriasis...

My fingernails and toenails have also looked very bad in the past.  At one time my nails were only attached by about ½ to ¾  the nail bed.

Like this photo…painful and extremely embarrassing!

NOT MY NAILS BUT MINE HAVE LOOKED JUST ABOUT LIKE THIS BEFORE.
(I kept mine clipped shorter. Either way it was embarrassing and painful and hurt when I typed or played the guitar)

But when I first starting writing this my nails look like this…
Only a little separation on my ring finger, pinky and thu
mb but if you look closely you can see the Psoriasis. April 19th 2008 Photo

And by May 12th, less than one month later look...it's hard to see any Psoriasis in this photo but there still was a very small amount.

I don’t have a photo to share, but for about 3 months that I went off the program (12/2008 through March/2008) my nails started to get bad again. Not nearly as bad as they have been in the past, but certainly worse than seen here. I’ve been extremely impressed with how fast my nails respond to the program!  In fact, my wife commented earlier today “I can’t believe how fast your nails have improved from how they looked a few weeks ago”. PROOF OF INTERNAL HEALING? I think so.

Here is one more comparison...

The first photo (left) shows my arm after 19 days of being back on the program. The healing process is in full effect as can be seen by the reduced redness, thinning and reduced flaking. The second photo is the very next day. A little redness can be seen but all flakes are gone. I promise to you that I did not do any special exfoliating. Besides, that would have only irritated the effected areas. I'm showing this to support that once the healing process of my program starts, results can be very fast (but not always).

        APRIL 19th 2008 - Day 19                                      April 20th 2008 - Day 20

But please keep in mind the healing process doesn't generally take a straight path to completion. Maybe that's because I always find myself cheating a little bit on the program. Sometimes I cheat allot. Regardless, the healing process can be a "two steps forward, one step back" experience. And sometimes I feel like  I'm making no progress at all, but in the end, I prevail. I think you can too!

To help track progress you can get a special program for your computer allowing you to document and visually see progress the way I did.

Here is a 38 day example:

This above chart represents real results for me during the early stages of applying my program. Worth noting is the fact that when I don't stick to the program well (low black line numbers) my Psoriasis condition would get worse (higher red line numbers. High program scores and my condition would respond by improving.

The resulting "Psoriasis Condition" score you see in the chart (red line) is a daily log that considers each days "redness, thickness, flakiness, itchiness" to create an overall score for  the condition that day. A special scoring method is used to track how well you stick to the program each day. When you get my program I highly recommend you use this computer program to track your progress as I did. You'll be able to chart your own individual results in a chart just like the one above.

I often find my condition gets worse just before it starts getting better.  Commonly smaller thick flaky patches will thin out, become less flaky, softer, moist and maybe even a little redder, then connect with each other into larger patches before they start really healing (like the photo you see at top 19 days back into the program). Lotion is a must. Just be patient and be intent on following through.

You will be able to see DAILY documented photos and notes proving I really can AND DO clear myself of this terrible disease In Just a few months. I took photos about every other day so that you could see the progress. I believe others can achieve great results too.

Again, in my documented trials I don't use any type of other treatment. No tanning beds, no ointments, no steroids, no oral medications or injections. (However, if you wish to continue any other treatments I find my program only makes other programs more effective, especially sun therapies).

Remember, I’ve tried, tested and refined this program over and over. I know it works for me...I believe it can work for you or someone you love.
